About this guide
The Desk Behind the Elements Casino Notes
These concierge notes are researched, written and signed by the Concierge Notes desk, the guide's own editors, and no page names an individual. The guide is neither Elements Casino Victoria nor a gaming operator of any kind.

Who keeps the notes
The Concierge Notes desk researches, writes and checks every page as a group. Its editors read the casino's own pages and event booklet. The hour tools follow only the hours the casino publishes for each zone. Anything unpublished stays out, such as the closing time of the electronic tables.
Elements Casino Victoria, Petroglyph Development Group, BCLC and BC Ferries have no say in the desk, which serves the guide alone. The guide earns from one source: commissions from an online casino partner linked on its home page. The guide is not a casino, so nobody can bet through it or keep an account.
How the facts are checked
Facts on this site were checked on October 14, 2026. The sources were Elements Casino Victoria's own pages and event booklet, the BCLC casino directory, and British Columbia government and regulator pages. BC Ferries pages and BC Transit schedule data were checked as well.
Every hour on this site is Pacific time, and British Columbia does not move its clocks in autumn. Distances run point to point between map coordinates, so the trip by road is longer. A number with no source is left off. For holiday hours, which the casino does not publish, casinovictoria.ca or the casino line, 250-391-0311, has the answer.
Where the pictures come from
Every picture on this site was made with an image generator, and not one is a photograph. The casino views are illustrations drawn from real photographs of Elements Casino Victoria. One shows the main entrance canopy by the reflecting pool, another the gaming floor from the upper level. The others show the canopy across the lawn and a restaurant inside. The harbour bench and the bus shelter are photo-like generated scenes, and the casino does not appear in either.
Privacy and the paid links
There is no sign-up, no comment box and no form on this site. The guide gathers nothing about readers. The browser tab remembers only whether the light or dark theme was chosen.
A commission from one private online casino partner pays for the guide, and that partner may later be a different one. Three paid links point to it, each tagged Ad. They sit on the home page only: in the menu, under the first screen and near the foot of the page. Inner pages carry none. The partner is a private site, and British Columbia neither runs nor regulates it.
Writing to the desk
Write to the desk at [email protected]. A letter can point out an error or flag an hour or rule that is out of date. It can also ask how the notes are put together. Elements Casino Victoria does not read that mailbox. For the casino itself, the poker list or an event, its own line is 250-391-0311.
Questions at the desk
When were the facts in these notes last checked?
Every fact on the site was checked on October 14, 2026.
Can the desk put a name on the poker list or answer for the casino?
The desk cannot do either, because the guide is not the casino. Players register for the poker list at Guest Services or call 250-391-0311 between 9:15 AM and 12 PM. Other questions for the casino go to that same line.
